	At the Bell & Birdtable we believe that "organic" is only part of the story. In order to give our customers the quality and flavour they expect we have put into practice 20 years of research and record keeping to maximise the excellence we are now able to offer. We think "organic" on it's own is a cop out. More is required to produce "real food" with real taste. Too many consumers assume that "organic" on a label incorporates other qualities they believe are indissolubly bound to the concept. This is not the case - a flavourless tomato grown organically will still be tasteless, albeit safer.
	We are looking at a completely new way of raising produce, whether it be animal or vegetable, in which taste is the ultimate king. Along with our pork and lamb, we also grow a wide range of prize-winning vegetables, herbs, soft fruit and apples. We have an especially wide range of rare tomatoes.
