Results of the annual Tomato Tasting!
1st place - Sprite - Small oval red tomato, pot grown.
2nd place - Altajsky Urozajnij - Hungarian med/large red, pot grown.
3rd Marianna's Peace - Deep pink med/large, polytunnel grown.

Tomato plants are now growing well - this year there are some exciting new varieties including Surrenders Indian Curry - a speciality from India precisely suited to curries - some from China. A particularly blight resistant outdoor tomato and many many more. Of course the taste test is still to come! Still a few plants available but they are selling fast.
